Whether in your personal or coaching practice, there may come a point where you need more precision in addressing more nuanced imbalances across the physical, mental, and subtle realms.
This requires proper understanding and experience around prana, pranayama, and certain Ayurvedic principles. It’s easy to grapple with uncertainty about which methods to employ and when.
Stagnation or hurdles in both your own or your client’s progress can leave you at a loss on what to do next.
There's often a hesitancy among breathworkers, yoga instructors and breath coaches when it comes to practicing or guiding Pranayama, stemming from a lack of complete understanding.
Embrace this chance to fully explore and engage with the profound realm of prana, the life-sustaining force.
Prana embodies nurturing, compassion, and the awakening of life’s vitality and intelligence.
Level 2 will equip you with the knowledge and tools that will help you welcome pranayama's practice with open arms, for you’ll discover it holds boundless treasures to offer.
Transform your health and your clients' well-being by utilising targeted pranayamas to harmonise doshas, boost prana, tejas, and ojas, and induce profound relaxation.
Enhance your expertise and skills both as a practitioner and coach by harnessing the 3 types of pranayama for a comprehensive three-fold approach:
Employ these methodologies and techniques to refine, balance, and positively impact both your and your client’s pranic landscape, influencing the physical, mental, and spiritual realms.
Breath and prana are not the same.
Realising and experiencing that pranayama, often misunderstood as a mere breathing technique, stands as the indispensable bridge connecting external and internal yoga practices will open a whole new world of possibilities for you.
Discover what it means to move from breath to prana, and from prana to consciousness.
Whether you're a practitioner, a breath coach, a yoga and meditation teacher, or an Ayurvedic practitioner, honing your awareness of prana alongside these new skills and insights will prove invaluable.
Whether your aim is to enhance health or attain deeper states of consciousness, this refined awareness will set you up for success.
Pranayama always serves a specific purpose, practiced within a contextual framework.
For example, selecting the appropriate pranayama aligns with both the season and the doshic constitution, whether of yourself or your client.
Your objectives will guide the choice of pre-practices, incorporation of mudras, what pranayama to use and the overall focus of the practice, tailored to achieve your desired outcome.
From sequencing an optimal pranayama session to recommending specific pranayamas for various purposes, we've got you covered with our support material.

To achieve certification as a Level 2 Dru Breath & Pranayama Coach, you must complete Level 2 and successfully pass the concluding quiz. If you haven't yet obtained Level 1 certification but aspire to achieve Level 2, it is possible. However, the initial step necessitates certification at Level 1. This involves passing the Level 1 quiz and submitting the three videos, as outlined in the Level 1 training. Details on when and how to do this will be provided once Level 2 commences. Upon obtaining Level 1 certification, you'll be eligible to pursue Level 2 certification.
Yes, we will make Level 1 available as a self study course for this specific scenario. You are expected to have completed the course before starting on Level 2. More information on this process will follow soon. Stay tuned!
Life gets busy, and we understand that dedicating several hours a day to a course isn’t feasible. With two practice sessions daily—around 20 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening—you'll invest just 30 minutes each day. Every week, expect around five content sessions, lasting 10 to 15 minutes each. You have the flexibility to watch them at your convenience. Whether you prefer binge-watching or a session a day, the choice is yours. In addition to the daily practices and content, there are four optional live teaching sessions—one per week. Over the four weeks, there will be three live sessions of 60 minutes each. On average, your daily commitment will be no more than 60 minutes. This course provides 25 CPD points.
