Subtle Energetics of Dru Yoga - Postgrad Try out
Nanna Coppens and Sylvia Barrington will give you an uplifting experience of the upcoming Subtle Energetics of Dru Yoga course.
We will explore:
- the deep healing essence of Energy Block Release 2
- the power of Samana and Udana Vayu within your yoga practice
- a new approach to the warrior postures including mudra and pranayama
The session will be completed with an open Q&A and can be extended beyond 60 minutes if necessary.
Dates
I learned so much in my first module of the teacher training about Dru Yoga. I love the graceful, flowing movements and the way my body feels after a Dru yoga session. It is very different from any other style of yoga I have ever done. Your body feels more flexible and energised and your mind feels calm and relaxed. I loved every aspect of the course. It was well delivered with a good mix of theory and practical sessions each day. The books given as part of the course are excellent.
I’ve experiences the postures as never before. We looked at them in so much detail I could really see and feel the benefits. Working in pairs was useful with a member of staff on hand to observe.
A perfect day. I felt a bit tired in the afternoon and a little resistent to working in a group - it turned out to be the best bit!! Full of joy!
