Christine, l am retired and live in rural South Australia. The timing of this course, The Spirituality of Yoga, was nothing short of amazing, as i was feeling the winter blues, and I'm excited about the continuing journey.

The teaching/learning has been fantastic, however there have been many other benefits on a more personal level that I hadn’t expected. Being immersed in yoga, with wonderful people in a beautiful setting has allowed me to ground myself, reflect and focus. Thank you and I can’t wait for module 2.
