Get Set for Spring – exploring mental and emotional detox
Stress, anxiety, frustration, negative thought patterns and beliefs can all contribute to mental and emotional toxins (ama), which can take residence
in the physical body.
Using the ancient and time-tested tools of ayurveda and yoga, learn some top tips on how to fully digest and let go of the self-limiting patterns that hold you back from vibrant health and your true potential.
This event will be run as a live Zoom call so you'll have an opportunity to engage personally with the Dru Ayurveda team and ask questions.
If you are a member of the Dru Professional Network you will be able to accrue 1 CPD hour for attendance at this event. Attendees from other yoga schools will need to check individually for their own CPD credits.

If I could tell myself one thing when I started the course, it would be to Believe. To believe in me, in the training, in the higher goal. The course has given me confidence in myself and shown me that I know more than I think, and am more capable than I ever thought. Inspiring individual both tutors and students have given such support to me and it has been truly a life changing experience.
I really enjoyed the {Dru Yoga & Ayurvedic Cookery} workshop. It had a nice balance of yoga movement, relaxation and meditation/concentration that was not too challenging for a novice like me. The cookery demonstration was great fun and the food was delicious. Also everyone was friendly and the venue was good too. Thanks for a lovely day.
I enjoyed the whole experience of the Karma Yoga retreat. Great programme for volunteers. I felt appreciated for work done. Felt that everyone worked as a team. Teachers on yoga retreat were great teachers.
The venue is stunning. I felt refreshed and inspired to come again to Karma Yoga retreat in near future. I am considering going on Foundation course and possibly teacher training course
