Water has so many incredible shapes, forms and qualities... Did you know that despite being the most abundant substance on the planet it still completely BAFFLES scientists?

Water SHOULDN'T do what it does... it's weird, illogical and strange and yet it is the ONE thing that has given life to our whole planet!

In this session, you'll discover a whole new respect for water as Christiane and I share inspiration, stories, wisdom and yoga - all associated with the Water Element. It'll be informational and practical and we'll also explore yoga such as the Dru Water Sequence... Not done it before? Come along and find out more!!!

At this masterclass, I'll also share with you my brand new Dru relaxation based on the wonderful qualities of water. Use this relaxation to help you to let go, purify, cleanse and then to settle into a perfect stillness. This will be one you'll want to put on repeat! ;-)
